I like the sketchy style, but it's definiatly not at 200 FPS, probably 12.

Good, as usual

You have so much potential, I love your style, but the sounds bothered me, like when you tried to sync up with voices and all that, it just seemed like the kind of thing you'd see on a little kids Saturday morning show .

It's just like how you know what they were going to do and say and all that gave me a mini headache. Also, try to take out a few frames to speed some stuff up, the walking cycles occasionally looked like you did too much inbetweening and ended up with an over-stretched movement. Focus a little more on timing.

Good as usual

It was awesome and epic, until you went and skipped past any type of a fight scene without telling us what had happened or anything.

But still, the animation was great and so was the voice acting and all that jazz you'll hear from everyone else.

What does this have to do with anything at school?

Well, it wasn't much, just hills, a cow walking up, and poop coming out of his bum. You didn't do that bad on the walking though.

2 For Effort

I'm gonna guess this wasn't for an animation class, but it was for a project in another class and the teacher let you do an animation. Since teachers can't really grade you on your skill in something they haven't taught you, they have to give it a good rating as long as they see some effort put into it. It really was nothing but tweens. No sound, no entertainment value. I was happy when the ending came, to be honest.

What calss was this for, and what did it have to do with that subject?

It was for my Multimedia Class. We are learning flash and I just wanted to see what people thought of it. Thank you to all the people that actually gave some good advice unlike this asshole. He kinda went off topic.

I liked it, and the animation was great, but it isn't very entertaining. Also, wasn't it origionally titled ":)" instead of smiling?

Yeah, but the title has to have characters in it on Newgrounds, so I had no choice but to change it.

Finally, I loved this, some of the morphs weren't the best, but they were great all the same.

2 for effort

I really didn't enjoy this.

You really just did a bunch of voices and drew some badly made characters on and put them in a traced bitmap background with a mouth movieclip.
The red guys arms were moving constantly for no reason, and the only real animation in this was tweening.

I gave you a two, because I looked at this and it reminded me of what I used to do, but you still should put more effort into it, and try harder.

I did like the picture of bush on the flag, though :3
